1. Agreement to Terms
By signing up for FeeSetu (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. FeeSetu is a fee management SaaS product owned and operated by Monsoon Tech Solutions, designed for tuition teachers, educators, coaching centers, gyms, mess services, and PG accommodations.
2. Permissible Use & Anti-Spam Policy
You agree to use FeeSetu exclusively for legitimate tuition and coaching fee management. You warrant that all student contact numbers uploaded are bona fide students enrolled in your classes with explicit parental consent to receive tuition fee communications.
You may not use FeeSetu for unsolicited commercial spam, predatory lending communications, or harassment.
3. Payments & Zero Commission Structure
FeeSetu is a record-keeping and reminder tool, not a financial intermediary for your students. Parents pay tuition fees directly to your UPI ID or via cash. FeeSetu charges 0% commission on your tuition collections and does not hold or escrow your student fee funds.
4. SaaS Subscription & Renewals
Paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Coaching Advanced) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. If payment for an upcoming cycle fails, account access to premium features may be suspended until renewed. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
FeeSetu provides digital fee tracking and receipt generation on an “as is” basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for lost tuition income resulting from network outages, third-party messaging delivery delays, or user input errors.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
