1. 14-Day Free Trial
FeeSetu provides a 14-day Free Trial for up to 30 students (₹0 for 14 days, then ₹99/month), allowing teachers and center owners to thoroughly evaluate all features before choosing a paid subscription or upgrading to Basic for ₹299/month.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your recurring monthly or yearly subscription at any time directly through the Billing & Subscription page in your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be billed for subsequent renewal cycles.
- Your student records and fee histories remain intact and safely preserved.
3. Refund Eligibility Window
To claim a refund under our 14-day policy, send an email to support@feessetu.in with your registered email and payment receipt ID. Refunds are processed back to the original source method (UPI / Credit Card / Netbanking) via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
4. Tuition Fee Disputes between Teachers and Parents
Please note that FeeSetu is a SaaS utility software for teachers and is not a party to tuition agreements between teachers and parents. Any refunds or fee adjustments between parents and teachers are strictly governed by the teacher's individual class policy.
